Progressive Videos
At the beginning of each week we will submit a video on 1 specific subject. Our goal is to bring focused effort into a distracted world. Our videos will be formatted in such a way that your student will be able to easily take the concepts with them throughout the week. This will not slow them down, it will speed them up. Each video will be no longer than 5 minutes in length and will include just 1 actionable shift. As much as possible we will stay on 1 topic each month. We will go deep on the basics that get the most long lasting results.
Accountability Report
Most people know what they should do, but don’t take their own advice. For example, student have some idea that they should be study a certain amount of time for a course. They know this because they have been told or because their performance is poor. This report is designed for students to write on paper what they want and develop a plan of action. Accountability come in by our team checking in on the execution of the plan weekly. The earlier we can catch a bad habit, the easier it will be to change direction. We will always redirect them back to their goals and visions.
Daily Action Checklist
In addition to the weekly report, students will also have a daily list of actions to take in order to progress them to their goals. This list will be a custom list based on their weekly targets, family/school commitments, and how their day is scheduled. That means, this DAC is a collaborative effort between the student and parent. One aspect that is excellent about this checklist; you and your student will be able to see what has and hasn’t been done at a glance. The more measurements we set up, the more opportunities your student has to win.

Why is High Flyer University only for High School Students?
We at High Performance Education believe that due to the nature of our educational subjects, High School age students will receive the most benefit.
Are all students accepted?
No. Each applicant must meet the criteria for acceptance. Your acceptance or denial letter will be emailed within 48 hours of the completed application.
Do I need any special books or materials to participate?
No. All the information and materials will be given to you in the course.
What does the course consist of?
Our course consist of everything a student would need to reach their full potential. Our 3 pillars will help students develop a compelling VISION for their life, LEVERAGE the knowledge from those who have experienced personal success, and will be held personally ACCOUNTABLE for taking the correct action at the right levels.
What is my student have to be responsible for? What’s their investment?
At the core of this program, each student will receive a Weekly Report. This 1 page report must be filled out completely by the student each week and turned in (10-20 mins/week). This is where their goals, expectations, and actions will be assessed. Each week they will receive personal feedback based on the components of the report. They will also be responsible for creating a vision for this season of their life and goals.
What if my student isn’t participating and I want to cancel?
No problem. You can cancel at anytime and keep all the bonuses. If weekly reports are not submitted 4 weeks in a row, enrollment will be suspended and monthly billing will stop.
How long is the program?
The program runs all year. At the end of 12 months the core content will repeat. New insights and developments to the course will be ongoing; updated live. In general, as long as your student continues to submit their Weekly Report, we will continue to manage their growth.
Other than the Weekly Report what other interaction will my student receive?
At the beginning of each week students will receive a short video message detailing that week’s focus area. For example, when we begin to talk about the language of success, each message for the week will dig deeper on the subject of language. Students will be encouraged to focus on their language for the entire month. In addition to that, throughout the week students will receive reminders as to our specific area of focus.
How will this help my student?
We help create an atmosphere of success. Your student receives foundational information and principles, but the power is in the doing of what was taught. We believe learning/growth has occurred when students act differently with the same stimulus. The majority of our focus is on the doing and that is how we will help your student.

Is tuition reduced if I refer other families or if I have multiple students?
Yes. Each student referred and accepted will receive reduced monthly tuition with the family who made the referral. No referral $87.97. 1 referral $67.97 each. 2 referrals $32.97 each.
